Plato's Dialogues Phaedo This is basically the text from the Phaedo where Socrates discusses the concept of body and soul. The translation used is the Jowett translation. Unlike many texts this is very readable.
The Soul Detailed tracing of Plato and Aristotle on the subject of the soul. It looks at first sight to be terribly academic, but there isn't a great deal of it and read carefully is should be very useful.
